Important Policies
We make every attempt to maximize your experience, so please take a moment to look over our policies, or call us at 831.439.9900 for the answer to a specific question.
Cancellation Policies & Fees
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows will be charged full price. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of this policy. All services require a credit card to guarantee a reservation, so please have your card ready when booking, including those with gift cards. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no-show.
Cell Phones and Electronic Devices
Our spa is a sanctuary for every client. To protect that atmosphere, we ask that you turn your cell phone off (the vibrate functions as well) upon arrival. In case of emergency please have individuals contact the front desk.
Prices and services
Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
Gift Cards
For your convenience gift cards are available in any dollar amount. For those purchased online and mailed there will be a shipping fee of $2. Gift cards are not refundable or replaceable even if lost, damaged or stolen.
Check-in
In order that you may receive the full benefit of your service time, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows time for us to to check you in and for you to relax in our beautiful quiet room in preparation for your service. Arriving late for your service will deprive you of valuable treatment time.
Spa Etiquette
We ask that you be be mindful of other guests enjoying the tranquility of the spa, please repect their need for privacy and quiet.
Medical Conditions
It is important that you disclose any medical conditions or prescription medications you are using before your service begins. Let a staff member know of any concerns, special needs or questions prior to your treatment.
Pregnancy
Pregnant women in their first trimester and women with a high-risk pregnancy should avoid many types of treatments at spas. If you are pregnant, be sure to tell the receptionist your current status when booking any appointments. They will know which treatments are suitable and which are not. Always check with your obstetrician before going to any day spa.
